Your request to remove data

In order to remove your personal data together with additional data we have extracted about you, you have to send us a written message on the form: 

  • I request to remove all my personal data from your database, together with all additional data you have extracted about me.

 

How long we store your data

We store information about you as long as we have a dialog with a certain frequency with you. The dialog consists of either written or verbal messages. If the dialog is of lesser frequency than one interaction per year, we automatically delete your personal data from our database. 

At any time, you can request without explanation to have your data removed from our database.

 

Sharing of your data

We provide information about you to our clients who we have an active agreement with in order to match interests of you and the client. 

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other companies, organizations or individuals.

Access to your personal data is granted only to those selected by IT People, possessing the status of Administrator and trained in the handling of confidential data. We ensure information security through the use of appropriate measures to prevent the unauthorized processing of data and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
