You get a recruiter fully dedicated to you and you only. This also means that you will only use IT People as the recruiting agency and do not recruit yourself.

Retained recruitment

You pay a success fee to IT People when you sign the agreement with the candidate. The success fee is either a percentage of the yearly salary of the candidate or a fixed fee agreed upon.

You pay a retained fee to IT People each month during the recruitment. This fee is fixed and agreed upon when signing the contract with IT People.

You get a recruiter fully dedicated to you and you only. This also means that you will only use us as the recruiting agency and do not recruit yourself.

You get employer branding services from us. We learn about your brand and work culture and act as ambassadors in our recruitment campaigns.
